About the project

Eventornado is a platform for organizing physical, virtual, or hybrid hackathons. The application allows for inviting participants and offers many essential features for the smooth running of a hackathon:

• Database of ideas from event participants

• Team formation among participants

• Discussion and video conferencing space for one-on-one meetings, team members, and the group as a whole

• And a lot more functionality

Our mission

Under the direction of Pristine Agency, Galaxias maintains the platform on a daily basis while making numerous developments enabling new functionalities for the organizers and participants of a Hackathon.

• Upgraded Laravel 7 to Laravel 12

• Maintenance of an advanced communication system for Hackathon participants based on Discord, Teams and Slack

• Implementation of system error reporting tools to proactively correct bugs
