About the project
Since 1991, Lambert Moteurs has been selling electric motors and power transmission equipment for industry, machine manufacturing and agriculture. Based in Dardilly, near Lyon, the company relies on a large and varied stock to guarantee short shipping times.
To track its inventory and issue invoices, Lambert Moteurs used a custom-built CRM/ERP. The goal of the project: replace this ageing tool with Odoo 18 Enterprise, hosted On-Premise, without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Our mission
Galaxias led the migration end to end: installing and configuring Odoo our hosting infrastructure, migrating data from the previous tool and building custom developments to support the transition. We also adjusted business processes so the teams could quickly find their bearings in Odoo.
